Air Supply of the Future Cyclone Pro 3HP Pool Line Blower and Liner Vac, 120V 2-Stage for Winterizing Pools

The Cyclone Pro from Air Supply of the Future is a 3HP, two stage pool line blower built for two jobs: pushing the water out of plumbing, pumps and filters before a freeze, and pulling a vinyl liner tight against the walls during installation. On open flow it moves 140 CFM. Sealed against a closed line it builds 180 in. of water column, which is enough to clear a pool 9 ft deep.

Connections

The intake is 2 in. NPT, protected by a stainless steel screen so leaves and grit stay out of the 8.4 in. motor. The discharge is a 1.5 in. threaded fitting that mates with ordinary PVC adapters, and a 1.5 in. threaded hose adapter is packed in the box so most setups connect without a trip to the hardware store.

Built for service work

The housing is polycarbonate, redesigned to take daily use on a service route. A built in handle and rubber feet keep it planted on the deck, and the 20 amp rocker switch and 6 ft grounded cord are sized for the 14.0 amp, 120V motor. Homeowners closing one pool a year and technicians closing dozens get the same tool.

Before you order

Plan on a standard 120V outlet and 1.5 in. plumbing at the point where you tie in. Winter plugs, blow through plugs and a duck plug check valve for the return lines round out a closing kit.
