Product details

The Saftron CBL-324-3S-W is a commercial cross braced 3-step in ground pool ladder in white. It measures 24 inches wide by 67 inches high and is built from 1.90 inch OD tubing with a 0.25 inch wall and 6 inch radius bends.

Polymer over a reinforced core

Saftron railings use a high impact polymer exterior over a fully reinforced, encapsulated metal core. The core carries the load; the polymer takes the abuse. The source describes that core as aluminum in one place and as steel in another, and both readings are listed in the specifications above.

Why polymer on a commercial pool

Salt, chlorine and sun are what destroy pool hardware. The polymer compound is formulated against all three, so the ladder is not affected by pool chemicals the way plated or lower grade metal is, and it stays cooler to the touch on a hot deck than bare stainless. It also needs no grounding or bonding, which removes a step from the install. Maintenance is close to nothing and the finish is guaranteed to stay smooth and bright for years.

Cross braced
