The S.R. Smith 200-2000 is the rigid front caster for the PAL2 and PAL portable pool lifts.

Where it fits

The PAL2, PAL2 Hi/Lo and the CEC compliant PAL and PAL Hi/Lo and Spa parts lists all name 200-2000. On these lifts the front wheels are rigid and the back wheels swivel to make the lift easier to move. The rear swivel caster is a separate part, 200-3000.

Construction

S.R. Smith lists the front caster as a 5 in. ball bearing wheel in stainless steel, fixed, with a polyurethane tread. The PAL2 and PAL each weigh 1060 lb, so the casters carry a heavy load every time the lift is moved.

Safe use

Move the lift only by its handle, on level ground with no more than a 2 degree slope. Before a transfer, lock both rear wheels and fully extend both stabilizer arms.
