The WaterTech Volt Spa Vac, part 17161AL, is a rechargeable handheld vacuum made for spas and hot tubs.
How it works
It is self contained. There is no hose to a skimmer and no connection to the spa plumbing, so the equipment does not have to be running. You charge the battery, then move the head over the footwell, seats and corners to lift settled grit and debris.
When to use it
Spas collect fine debris that the filter never quite catches, and it settles in the low spots. A quick pass with a spa vacuum takes that out between water changes and keeps the water looking right.
