Product details

The AutoPilot 16084 is a new power module for the Pool Pilot DIG-220, ST-220 and 75003 salt chlorine generators. AutoPilot also sells this module remanufactured, as 16084R; this listing is the new part.

What the module does

The power module is the section of the system that takes line voltage and delivers the controlled DC output the cell needs to produce chlorine. When it fails, the controller may light up but the cell stops making chlorine, and the pool falls off sanitizer no matter what the salt level reads.

What ships with it

Three fuses come with the module: a 3 amp 15623-3, a 20 amp 15627 and a 6 amp 15626. The 947 line voltage jumper is included as well, which is the piece that sets the module for the supply it is wired to.

Cell cords

Cells built with only two prongs use two of the three ports on the cell cord. Either end port can be plugged off with silicone.
