Product details

The Jandy R0802300 is the replacement printed circuit board assembly for the TruClear saltwater chlorinator. It arrives with the mounting hardware and the thermal paste needed to fit it, and it is the genuine Jandy part.

What the board does

The TruClear power pack takes supply voltage and turns it into the low voltage, high current DC that drives the salt cell. That conversion, the polarity reversing that keeps the plates clean, and the reading of cell condition all happen on this board. When it fails, the system may show no output, erratic output, or nothing at all, even though the cell itself is still good.

Before you order

Confirm the fault is in the power pack rather than the cell, since a scaled or worn cell produces the same low chlorine complaint. This listing is the board assembly only. The cell, the cover assembly with the user interface and the complete power pack are sold separately.

Apply the supplied thermal paste when the board is seated so heat can move out of the board as designed.
