Jandy R0476400 is the port sensor kit for a three port cell, supplied with a 25 foot cable.
What the port sensor does
The sensor reads conditions at the cell port and reports back to the control unit. When it fails or its cable is damaged, the system loses the reading it depends on to run the cell correctly, and the fault often looks like a cell problem when the sensor is the actual cause.
Cable length
This is the 25 foot version. The same sensor is also offered with a 16 foot cable under a separate part number. Measure the run the cable will actually take, not the straight line distance, and pick the length that reaches without strain.
