Product details
The PoolRx 102001A is the blue mineral booster formulation used with PoolRx and PoolRx Extreme units, rated for pools up to 20,000 gallons.
What it does
The 102001A packs the same all natural, EPA registered mineral formulation used inside PoolRx and PoolRx Extreme units. Used together with an installed unit, the booster adds a low residual of chlorine, about 0.5 ppm in residential pools or 1.5 to 2.0 ppm in commercial pools, to help eliminate algae and bacteria.
When to replace it
The PoolRx and Extreme unit cylinders last up to 12 months, but the booster minerals are added more often, every 4 to 6 months depending on bather load, pool conditions, and algae pressure.
Before you order
The 102001A is rated for pools up to 20,000 gallons and is also listed under the number 102001. Keep a supply on hand so the booster minerals can be added on schedule alongside the installed unit.
