Part 99919117 is the complete bottom lid assembly for a range of Dolphin robotic pool cleaners, including the DLX4 and DLX5. It is the lid on the underside of the cleaner, the piece the filter bag attaches to, and it is supplied as a full assembly rather than as a bare plastic lid.

What is included

The assembly is mostly white plastic with a few yellow plastic items, and it comes with the metal bag supports, the springs and the screws. That matters, because on a cleaner of this age the supports and springs are usually as tired as the lid itself.

This part closely resembles 99919116, and the two are easy to mix up. The difference is at the top of the bag supports. On 99919116 they are straight across. On 99919117 they carry a double bend. How do I tell this apart from 99919116?
Look at the bag supports. On 99919116 they run straight across the top. On 99919117 the supports have a double bend at the top. The two assemblies otherwise look very similar.
