Product details

The Jandy R0501300, also sold under the Zodiac name, is the complete grid assembly for the 48 sq ft DEV and DEL DE filters. It is the full grid set and the manifold in one pre-assembled unit, which makes it the quick way to bring a tired DE filter back to full filtration.

Built for the tank

The assembly is shaped to fit the DEV48 and DEL48, and the grids and frame are made from materials chosen to resist pool chemicals and UV over many seasons. The manifold distributes water evenly across the grids so the entire 48 sq ft of filter area is working.

Installation

Because it arrives assembled, the job is to open the tank, lift out the old grid assembly and set the new one in place. There is no stacking individual grids or lining up a manifold on the bench.

Check the size

The 60 sq ft DEV60 and DEL60 filters use a different complete assembly, so confirm your filter is the 48 sq ft model before ordering.

Does this fit the DEV60 or DEL60?
This is the 48 sq ft assembly for the DEV48 and DEL48. The 60 sq ft DEV60 and DEL60 use a separate complete grid assembly.
What is included?
The full set of grids and the manifold, pre-assembled. You are not buying individual grids and building the stack yourself.
Is it hard to install?
No. It comes assembled and is shaped to fit the DEV48 and DEL48 tank, so it is a matter of removing the old assembly and setting the new one in place.
How do I know the grids need replacing?
DE showing up in the pool, cloudy water soon after a fresh charge, or visible tears and stiff, discolored fabric on the grids all point to a worn set.
