Product details
The SeaKlear Particle Removal System, PRS, is a two part water clarifier supplied as a kit. Stage 1 and Stage 2 are used together to bind fine biopolymeric particles in the water, including algae along with E. coli, Cryptosporidium and Giardia.
How it works
Rather than dissolving what is in the water, PRS makes the particles large enough for the filter to catch. The filter then does the removing, which is why the treatment only works properly on a clean filter that is running through the cycle.
Where it fits in the routine
This is a clarifier, not a sanitizer. It does not replace chlorine or any other sanitizer, it deals with the fine suspended material that keeps water looking dull even when the chemistry reads correctly.
