Pool Season pool stabilizer and conditioner is 100% cyanuric acid in an 8 lb pouch. It raises the stabilizer level in the water and, in doing so, protects the chlorine you are already paying for.
Why stabilizer matters
Ultraviolet light destroys free chlorine. In an unstabilized pool that loss is fast enough that a normal dose is largely gone by the end of a sunny day. Cyanuric acid binds loosely to the chlorine and shields it from that ultraviolet exposure, which prolongs its effective life and steadies the reading from one test to the next.
How to use it
