The Poolmate Hydro 6 is a corded robotic pool cleaner supplied with a 59 ft cord.

How a corded robot works

The cleaner has its own drive motor and its own filter, and it takes power through the cord rather than from a battery. That means it runs independently of the pool pump: nothing has to be plumbed in, and the filtration system does not need to be on for the cleaner to work.

Cord length

The 59 ft cord decides how much of the pool the cleaner can reach from a given outlet. Measure from the outlet to the farthest corner of the pool before ordering, and allow for the depth the cleaner has to travel down the wall.
