Product details

The S.R. Smith 500-5000A is the new construction anchor jig with anchors for the ML300. It sets the flush deck anchors at the right spacing and height when the lift location is part of a new pool deck.

What is in the kit

The New Construction Jig appendix in the multiLift2 owner manual lists three items under 500-5000A: one multiLift new construction anchor jig, part 300-6701; eight galvanized steel hex nuts, part 800-0132; and four multiLift flush deck anchors, part 900-6700. The 500-5000 is the same jig and hardware without the flush deck anchors.

Setting the anchors

When you assemble the flush deck anchors to the jig, S.R. Smith says the distance between the top surface of the jig and the top of each anchor must be 2.5 in. The manufacturer recommends that deck anchors be installed by a person familiar with installing pool deck equipment.

multiLift2

The multiLift2 manual says the multiLift2 can be installed using existing multiLift and ML300 anchors, so anchors set with this jig leave that upgrade open.
