The Pentair 590041 is the replacement nozzle for the Deck Jet II. It is the genuine Pentair part.

Why the nozzle goes first

Everything else in a deck jet is buried in the deck. The nozzle is the one piece out in the open, taking sun, scale and whatever the water carries. When it scales up or gets knocked, the jet stops throwing a clean arc and starts spraying or dribbling.

Fitting

Replacing the nozzle is a surface job, so the plumbing stays where it is. If you have several deck jets in a run, changing them at the same time keeps the arcs matched.
