Pentair Rainbow 320 In-Line Chlorinator

The Pentair Rainbow 320 is the in-line tablet feeder: it is plumbed permanently into the return line, on the pressure side of the pump and downstream of the filter and heater, and dispenses sanitizer straight to the pool or spa after all the equipment.

How it works

Load large or small slow-dissolving trichlor or bromine tablets from the top. An external fine-control valve sets the feed rate to suit the pool or spa. The system is fully enclosed, so there are no escaping fumes and no special venting, and it cuts down on handling chemicals by hand.

Capacity and options

Pentair offers a feeder extension that raises tablet or stick capacity, useful for going away without the pool running short of chlorine. The 320 is the in-line model; if you need a feeder that tees off the return line rather than sitting in it, the off-line equivalent is the Rainbow 300.
