The Hayward CL220BR is an off-line brominator that holds up to 9 lbs. of bromine tablets and feeds them automatically as the pump and filter system runs.
Off-line, so it retrofits
An off-line feeder plumbs to the side of the equipment line instead of being cut into it. A small share of the flow is taken off, passed through the tablets and returned to the line. That makes it a practical addition to an existing pool or spa, where cutting an in-line feeder into finished plumbing is a bigger job.
Built for the pad
The body is durable and corrosion proof, which matters for a vessel that spends its life holding wet sanitizer tablets outdoors. Hayward describes these brominators as efficient and largely maintenance free once the feed rate is dialed in.
Where it suits
