How it works
An offline feeder is plumbed beside the return line rather than in it. A heavy duty 1/2 in. control valve and tubing meter the water that passes through the feeder, which optimizes flow and erosion of the tablets and lets the unit deliver larger amounts of sanitizer. Slow dissolving trichlor or bromine tablets both work.
Note on chemistry
Pick one tablet type and stay with it. Trichlor and bromine should never share a feeder.
