Product details

The Perma-Cast PF-3119-A is a round deck flange for rails with a 1.9 in. outside diameter, the size used on many inground ladders, handrails and pool slides. It mounts on top of the deck and holds the rail leg upright.

Construction

The flange body is aluminum finished in white, with stainless steel bolts. It is round, with a flat mounting flange at the bottom that measures 5-1/4 in. across. The top of the flange is 2-3/8 in. outside diameter and 1-15/16 in. inside, and the whole flange stands 3-1/8 in. tall. A hole through the upper body, centered 7/8 in. down from the top, takes the bolt that locks the rail in place.

Anchoring

Four evenly spaced holes in the base bolt the flange down, 4-3/16 in. from the center of one hole to the center of another. Four lead anchors with bolts and washers are included for setting it into concrete, as are the bolt, nut and washers for the rail itself.
