The NPT DM52-2030 is a depth marker tile that carries a 5 inch black 3 FT number on a 6x6 white tile. It tells swimmers how deep the water is at that point of the pool, which is the reason depth markings are required around most pools in the first place.
Smooth or non-skid
This is the non-skid version. The abrasive face is what you want on the deck, where people walk on the tile with wet feet. Smooth tiles are the ones used inside the pool, on the waterline.
