The Perma-Cast PE-8 is a two piece brass anchor cover with its retaining screw. It caps a deck anchor socket, which is what you want when the handrail or ladder comes out for the winter and you are left with an open hole in the concrete.
Two pieces, on purpose
A one piece cover has to drop over the anchor from above. A two piece cover assembles around it, so it can go on with hardware already in place and comes off again without a fight.
