The Perma-Cast PE-0019-S is a round stainless steel escutcheon for 1.9 inch diameter pool ladder and handrail tubing.
What it does
An escutcheon is the collar that sits on the deck where a rail goes into its anchor. It covers the anchor socket and the gap around the tube, which is both a tidiness problem and a place for grit and water to sit. Stainless keeps its appearance beside a stainless rail rather than fading or yellowing the way a plastic cover does.
Sizing
