This is the S.R. Smith BOL316-3T W/LB kit: the bolt hardware and the ladder bumpers for a three tread pool ladder, supplied together.

What it solves

Ladder hardware takes the worst of the pool environment. Bolts seize or corrode, bumpers get crushed flat or disappear, and once the bumpers are gone the frame sits against the pool wall and starts leaving marks. Rather than chasing individual pieces, this kit gathers the set for a three tread ladder into one part number.
