Product details

Perma-Cast PS-4019-BC is a 4 inch deep bronze anchor socket, a Hanover clone Perma Socket, made for rail tubing with a 1.9 inch outside diameter.

What the anchor does

The socket sets into the deck and the rail drops into it. A wedge inside the socket is tightened down by the bolt, and it presses out against the tube so the rail cannot lift or rotate. Everything the rail does under load is carried by this one piece of hardware, which is why bronze is still the standard for it.

Everything for the install

The wedge, washer and bolt come with the socket, and it uses the PW wedge. A bonding screw is also supplied so the anchor can be tied into the pool bonding grid during installation.

Before you order

Two things to check: that your rail is 1.9 inch outside diameter, and that the pocket in the deck will accept the full 4 inch socket depth.
