The Pentair 590042 is the bronze replacement cover for the Deck Jet II. It is the genuine Pentair part, measuring 2.5 inches by 0.5 inches.

What it is

The Deck Jet II sits in the pool deck and arcs a stream of water back into the pool. The cover is the trim ring that finishes the opening, and it is the only part of the assembly anyone actually sees.

When to replace it

Covers get scuffed by foot traffic, dulled by chemistry and sun, and sometimes broken outright. Because the cover is a separate part, you can freshen the look of the deck without touching the jet underneath. If several jets share a deck, order matching finishes so they still look like a set.
