Product details

The Unicel FG-1260 is a vertical DE filter grid rated at 60 square feet, made to replace the original element in Purex DE filters.

Sizing

The source lists it as a 30 inch grid and gives the measurements as 10-3/4 inches by 31-5/16 inches. Those two readings do not agree exactly, so measure the grid you take out rather than ordering on the name. Getting it wrong on a set of grids is an expensive mistake.

Fitment

It is listed for Purex 2000 Series stainless DE filters, covering the SMBW 2024, 2036, 2048, 2060 and 2072 and the 1018, 1027, 1036, 1045 and 1054, and for Purex 4000 Series molded SM and SMBW filters in 4024, 4036 and 4048 sizes.

The listing names it a 30 inch grid and gives the measurements as 10-3/4 by 31-5/16 inches. Both figures come from the source, so measure your old grid rather than going by the name alone.
