The Koolgrips KGS602IT is a 6 foot comfort cover for pool rails and ladders built from 1.9 inch diameter tubing, in Indian Teal.

Why a cover

A stainless rail sitting in summer sun becomes uncomfortable to grab, and the same rail when wet is slick in the exact place a swimmer needs a firm hold. The cover solves both at once: it keeps the surface temperature reasonable and gives a hand something to grip.

72 inches, which is the standard 6 foot length.
Why put a cover on a stainless rail?
Two reasons. Bare metal in direct sun gets too hot to grip comfortably, and a wet stainless rail is slick exactly when someone needs to hold it.
