Clearview Chlor Free Shock and Swim 15 is a non-chlorine oxidizer packed in a 1 lb bag. The active is a neutral buffered potassium monopersulfate compound, and the pool can be back in use as quick as 15 minutes after treatment.

What an oxidizer does

Sanitizer kills, oxidizer burns off the waste. Sweat, sunscreen, body oils and the rest of what swimmers bring in combine with chlorine to form chloramines, and chloramines are what make a pool smell like a locker room while the water looks dull. This product turns those chloramines back into active chlorine, which is why a shock treatment so often fixes both the smell and the clarity at once.

Works with any system

Chlor Free is non-chlorine and non-bleaching, and it will not raise chlorine to unacceptable levels. It is compatible with chlorine, bromine, copper and silver ionization, and chlorine generators, so it suits a salt pool as readily as a traditional one.
