The Maytronics 9980731 is the cartridge filter locking hook used across a wide range of Dolphin robotic cleaners. It is the genuine Dolphin part, sold individually.

What it does

The hook holds the cartridge filter assembly closed. It is a small plastic catch doing a job that matters, because once it snaps the housing can spring open while the cleaner is running and drop everything it collected back into the pool.
