Product details

The Hammerhead Resort-30 is a self contained portable pool vacuum built around a 30 inch head, a 60 ft power cord and a charger, all mounted on a wheeled cart. It arrives fully assembled and is ready to run.

Built for a single large pool

Resort units are the configuration meant to be left on site rather than loaded into a truck each morning. The two standard builds are the Resort-21 with a 21 inch head and this Resort-30 with a 30 inch head, both on a 60 ft cord. The wider head is the reason to choose this one: on a large commercial or resort pool it covers the floor in noticeably fewer passes.

The cart

The frame is powder coated aluminum, so the whole unit stays light enough to move by hand. It is balanced for maneuvering around a crowded deck and narrow enough to store in a closet. Solid airless tires ride on stainless steel axle hardware, which means no flats and no black marks left behind on the deck surface.

Outdoor duty

Power comes from a large marine battery box, and the unit is switched with a weatherproof marine switch. Both are chosen for equipment that sits out in sun, rain and splash rather than in a garage.
