Product details

The Pentair Kreepy Krauly Platinum, part LL505PMG, is a pressure side cleaner for inground pools, finished in gray for darker colored pool surfaces. It comes with its hoses and it needs a booster pump to run.

Built for debris, not just dust

The Platinum is the rugged end of the pressure side range. A large capacity debris channel and a wide intake throat let it pick up leaves that would jam a lighter cleaner, which is why it suits pools in yards with real landscaping around them rather than open decks.

How it covers the pool

Dual thrust jets give it enough power that most pools are done in one to three hours. Front wheel drive on wide tires holds traction on the slope, so it works up the walls instead of stalling at the base. The four wheel design is there for a specific reason: three wheel cleaners tip, and a tipped cleaner stops cleaning until somebody notices.

Before you order

It is suitable for concrete, vinyl lined and fiberglass pools. A booster pump is required, so confirm you have one on the pad or budget for one alongside the cleaner.
