The Hayward Pool Vac XL, W32025ADC, is the concrete and gunite version of the Pool Vac suction side cleaner. It hooks into the suction side of your circulation system and is driven by the flow the filter pump already produces, so there is no booster pump to buy, wire or run.
Programmed steering, not random wandering
The cleaner uses the exclusive Hayward AquaPilot steering system, which harnesses the water flowing through the filtration system to drive the unit in an alternating series of right and left hand turns. That systematic path is the point: a random cleaner leaves zones untouched and visits others over and over, while the programmed pattern works through the whole surface.
