Product details
API Revive is a multi-action pool treatment supplied in a one gallon bottle. It removes phosphates, metals including copper and iron, scaling carbonates, organic debris and other contaminants that leave water cloudy.
Why phosphates matter
Phosphates are algae food. A pool can hold a normal chlorine level and still bloom if the phosphate load is high enough, because the algae are being fed faster than the sanitizer can knock them back. Pulling the phosphates out removes the fuel rather than fighting the fire.
Three jobs in one bottle
Beyond phosphates, it treats the metals that stain a finish and clarifies the water, so it stands in for a phosphate remover, a metal treatment and a clarifier.
