Product details

896584000-068 is the Poolvergnuegen turbine cover for The Pool Cleaner 2-Wheel and 4-Wheel suction cleaners. It is the genuine factory part, described in the parts list as the upper body or cone assembly.

What it does

The cover is the cone shaped top of the cleaner that sits over the turbine. It keeps leaves and grit off the turbine vanes and channels the suction flow through the machine rather than letting it spill out the top. When the cover cracks, or when it comes off after a hard knock against a step, the cleaner loses flow and the first thing an owner notices is that it will not climb walls the way it used to.

What is included

This is the cover alone, in plastic. The turbine hub with vanes underneath it is a separate part, so if the cleaner has lost drive as well as flow it is worth checking both before you order.
