Telling a QuickPro head apart

The QuickPro design is recognizable at a glance. The cover is held by latches rather than screws, and the roller assembly inside collapses. Together those two things are what let a technician open the head, deal with the tube and close it back up without a driver and without losing hardware into the equipment pad.

How is a QuickPro head different from the older style?
You can identify it by the collapsible roller assembly and by the latches that hold the cover on. Earlier heads use screws in the cover instead.
Do I have to rebuild my old head?
No. Replacing the pump head subassembly is offered as the quick service route, and this is that subassembly.
What does the 25 PSI rating mean for me?
It is the pressure the head is rated for. Match it to the injection point pressure on your system and to the rating of the head you are taking off.
I have a double head Classic pump. Which one is the innermost head?
The innermost pump head is the subassembly closest to the motor. That is true on both the fixed and the adjustable double head Classic Series pumps.
