Product details

The Stenner UCCP205 is the #5 pump tube with a 1/4 inch ferrule, made from Santoprene and rated for 0 to 25 psi. It is supplied as a 2 pack and is listed for the 45, 85, 100 and 170 Series adjustable and fixed pumps and for the SVP and BDF Series.

The tube is a consumable

A peristaltic pump moves chemical by rolling over a flexible tube and squeezing it shut. Nothing else in the pump touches what is being dosed, which is what makes the design so serviceable. It also means the tube itself is being worked continuously and is expected to be replaced, not repaired.

Replace it before it splits

A tube that fails in service releases chemical inside the pump head, where it attacks the roller assembly and the housing. Changing the tube on a schedule is far cheaper than cleaning up after one that let go. Keeping the second tube from the pack on the shelf means the swap can happen the day it is due.

Check the size and the pressure

Stenner tubes are sized by number, and this is the #5. Confirm both the tube number and that your injection pressure sits within the 0 to 25 psi rating before ordering.
