Product details

The Horizon floating spa cover is a lightweight insulated blanket that lies directly on the water. It cuts evaporation and heat loss, which keeps the spa warmer between soaks and eases the load on the heater. This is the 9 ft x 10 ft size, part HV9X10.

Fit

Take a pair of scissors and cut it to the outline of your spa. Starting oversize means it fits anything up to 9 ft by 10 ft, round, square or freeform.

With a hard cover

It is made to work alongside a traditional hard cover rather than replace it: float it on the water, close the hard cover over the top, and you have an extra insulating layer between the water and the elements.

Questions and answers

What people ask about this product, answered by our pool techs.

Will it fit my spa?
It starts at 9 ft x 10 ft and is meant to be cut with scissors to the shape of your spa, so it fits anything that size or smaller.
Does it replace a hard cover?
It is designed to complement a hard cover rather than replace it. Float it on the water, then close the hard cover over it for an extra layer of insulation.
What does it actually do?
It sits on the surface and blocks evaporation and heat loss, which keeps the water warmer between soaks and cuts down on heating.
Is it heavy?
No. It is a lightweight insulated blanket that one person can lift off and put back.
