The CaliMar CMARCPC60-2Y is a replacement salt cell electrode rated to 60,000 gallons, built with a 7 blade plate pack. It is offered with a two year warranty.

What it replaces

It is the replacement for the SGS cell electrode 1FIN-CEBRZ760, the CMP cell electrode 52000-260-110 and the CaliMar cell electrode CMARCSG60-1. The system compatibility supplied with the cell reads CMP Powerclean Salt Ultra 750, SGS Breeze 750 and CaliMar Platinum CMARSSG60, while the listing itself names the SGS Wave and Breeze 760 and CMP Powerclean 760 systems. When a cell is done

Salt cell plates wear out. Chlorine output falls off, the system starts reporting low salt or low output even after the water has been tested and corrected, and no amount of acid cleaning brings it back. That is the point where the electrode has to be replaced rather than serviced.
