The Spectrum Aquatics Motion Trek BP 350 Deluxe 153121-DLX is a 350 lb battery powered ADA compliant pool lift that bolts to the deck, and this part number comes with its deck anchor. It is made for in-ground pools and spas where a facility or a home needs a seated transfer into the water.

Operation

A person can run the lift alone from the deck or from the water. The wired handset has up, down, right and left buttons, and the seat turns a full 360 degrees under power in either direction. A 24 V rechargeable battery is rated for about 90 lifts per charge at the full 350 lb load, and a charger comes with the lift. The manufacturer suggests replacing the battery after 500 to 800 charge cycles, or three to four years of care, and with the power switch turned off a battery can hold a charge for up to three months.

Fit

The setback range is 6 to 28 in. from the pool wall to the center of the anchor, with a water draft up to 13 in. The two numbers work together, so the allowed draft shrinks as the setback grows toward 28 in. Measure the setback and the draft at the spot where the lift will stand before you order.

What is included

The Deluxe trim adds a padded adjustable headrest and a flip-up footrest with a footboard. The lift also has a seat belt, two flip down armrests, the battery, the charger and the deck anchor. A fitted cover, part 47949, and a maintenance kit, part 152161-MT, are sold separately. The manufacturer builds the frame from electropolished 304L stainless steel with a Spectra Shield coating, and backs it with a 5 year structural warranty and a 2 year electronics warranty.

The anchor comes with this part number, and the lift needs a deck that suits it, so confirm the setback and water draft against the manufacturer guide before you buy.

Does the Motion Trek BP 350 Deluxe 153121-DLX come with the anchor?
Yes. This part number is the with-anchor version, so a deck anchor ships with the lift. The same lift without an anchor is a different part number. Confirm your deck type and pool setback before you order.
How many lifts does the battery give, and can a swimmer run it alone?
