Product Description
⌄The Little Giant APCP-1700 is an automatic submersible pump for keeping water off a winter pool cover. It moves 1800 gallons per hour and runs on 115V with a 25 ft power cord.
Set it and forget it
An internal float valve starts the pump once about 2 in. of water collects and shuts it off when the level drops below 1 in., so it runs only when there is something to pump. That protects the cover from the weight of standing rain and snowmelt without anyone checking on it.
Hooks up to a garden hose
The discharge is 1 in. FNPT and a 3/4 in. hose adapter is included, so a standard garden hose carries the water away from the pool. The intake screen lifts off for cleaning when leaves and debris collect around it.
