Product details

The Little Giant PE-1-PCP is a pool cover pump rated at 170 gallons per hour, supplied with a 25 foot power cord and a garden hose adapter. Part number 518025.

What it is for

Water sitting on a winter or safety cover is dead weight, and enough of it will stretch a cover, drag it into the pool or tear it off its anchors. A cover pump sits on the cover and moves that water off before it becomes a problem, which through a wet season means running many times.

Built to sit outside

The housing is corrosion resistant plastic, and the inlet screen snaps off without tools so you can pull the leaf debris out of it in the time it takes to walk back to the house. The 25 foot cord usually reaches an outlet without an extension, and the included garden hose adapter lets you carry the discharge away from the pool rather than dumping it at your feet.
