The NPT Moonbeam Collection in Terra Blue, part STB807, is a mosaic pool tile with a multi shaped, multi element face and elegantly embossed patterns. The relief catches light, so the surface reads with highlights and shifting tones rather than one flat color.
Why porcelain
This is a high fired porcelain tile, and porcelain is the only type recommended for pools, spas and water features. The difference is quality rather than kind: the clay is purer and more refined, which makes the tile tougher, denser and more impervious to water. With a water absorption rate below 0.5 percent, porcelain stains less and stands up to frost.
