Skimlite 6000 Snaplite Series Button Lock Pole, 8' to 16', 2-Piece

The Skimlite 6016 is a two piece telescopic pool pole from the 6000 Snaplite series. It extends from 8 ft to 16 ft and locks at any point in between with a push button rather than a twist cam.

The Snaplite lock

Press the button, slide the pole to length and release. The button snaps into the inner section and holds it there until you press again. It is the same locking style the painting trade has used on extension poles for years, and it avoids the slipping and worn cams that plague twist lock poles. Snaplite has become one of Skimlite's most popular pole designs for that reason.

Decagon shaft

Both sections have a ten sided profile. The flats keep the inner section from rotating, so a brush or net stays at the angle you set, and they glide past each other without the binding a round pole can develop.
