The Skimlite 9012 is a two piece telescopic pool pole from the 9000 Dual Cam series, extending from 6 feet to 12 feet.

Why two locks

Most telepoles rely on a single locking mechanism, either an internal cam or an external clamp. The 9000 Dual Cam carries both. Engage the inner cam and the outside lock together and the pole holds far harder than either would alone, which is what you want when you are leaning on a brush or fighting a vacuum head. On lighter work, set one and leave the other, and the pole is quicker to adjust.

Where it fits

The 6 to 12 foot range covers brushing walls, netting the surface and running a vacuum head on most residential pools. As a two section pole there is only one joint to manage, which means less flex than a three piece pole of the same reach.
