Product details

A six pack of Aquamoto black directional flow eyeball inlet jets, sold with the installation tool. The eyeball has a 1/2 inch opening and the body behind it uses a standard 1-1/2 inch thread.

What the eyeball does

The eyeball rotates in the fitting, so you decide which way the returned water goes. Aim them and you set the circulation pattern in the pool, which is what carries debris toward the skimmer and keeps chemicals moving. The 1/2 inch opening also raises the velocity of the water coming out, so it is the size to reach for when you want a stronger stream.

Why the kit

Old return fittings crack, fade and stop holding their aim. Doing all of them at once is quicker and cheaper than replacing them one at a time, and the tool in the box makes seating and removing the fittings straightforward.
