Product details

The Aquamoto Nanowave 10-402015 is a 20 in. media pool filter with a 1-1/2 in., 6-position multiport valve built in.

Tank and valve

The tank is molded from a corrosion and UV-resistant polymer and is pressure rated to 36 psi, with a large base for stable floor mounting. The multiport valve uses quick-connect barrel unions, and an integral sight glass lets you watch the backwash water run clear before switching back to filter. The valve is designed to spread flow evenly through the media bed to maximize both cleaning and backwashing, drawing on the same hydraulically balanced distribution used across the Nanowave line.

Media and warranty

The tank is designed to run on 200 lb of sand or 160 lb of Pixel Glass filter media, either one sold separately, and the tank itself carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
