The Maytronics Blue Cable Float, 99960081, is the Brand OEM float that clips onto the power cable of a Dolphin robotic pool cleaner and holds the cable up in the water instead of letting it sink to the pool floor.

What it does

A robotic cleaner drags its power cable behind it. When that cable sinks, it lies in the robot's path, where the cleaner can drive over it, twist it and tangle itself mid cycle. The float adds buoyancy at the point where it is clipped, so the cable rides above the robot and the cleaner keeps to its pattern. Maytronics' own cable replacement guide for the Nautilus CC Plus notes that a cable fitted with a swivel must carry two floats, which is a useful check when you count the floats on your cable.
