Product details

The CuLator PowerPak from Periodic Products is a metal remover and stain preventer that drops into the skimmer and physically takes dissolved metals out of the water.

Removal, not suspension

A sequestrant works by binding metals so they stay dissolved and do not plate out as stains. The metals are still in the pool, and the treatment has to be maintained. CuLator takes a different route: as water passes over the pre-measured bag, copper, manganese and iron are trapped inside it. When you pull the bag, the metals leave with it.

Using it

Place one PowerPak in the skimmer. Each one eliminates 1.0 ppm of total dissolved metals from 20,000 gallons, so size the treatment to your test results and your pool volume. It works in fresh and saltwater pools alike, is non-toxic, does not interact with other pool chemicals, and adds no phosphates. After use, the PowerPak is biodegradable and is discarded with the bound metals inside it.
