The DEL Ozone 9-0770-01 is the check valve and 10 ft tubing assembly for Eclipse ozone systems. Tube and valve come together as one assembly.
Why it is an annual part
Ozone is hard on the tubing that carries it. Over a season the tube stiffens and the check valve loses its seal, and the manufacturer treats the assembly as a once a year replacement for that reason. Waiting for a visible failure risks water travelling back up the line toward the generator, which is a far more expensive problem than the tube.
