The Maytronics 6250951 is the replacement float for the side panel on several Dolphin robotic pool cleaners: the E55, Liberty, Nautilus Plus, M200 and C3. It is the genuine Maytronics part.

What it does

The side panel floats set how the cleaner sits in the water, and that balance is part of how it tracks along the floor and climbs walls. A float that has cracked and filled with water, or one that went missing when a panel came loose, changes that behaviour.

Float only

This is the float by itself. If the side housing is broken as well, Maytronics sells the complete float and housing kits, 9991073-ASSY for the left and 9991074-ASSY for the right.

Which Dolphin cleaners use this float?

Is this the float only, or the whole side housing?
The float only. If the housing is damaged too, Maytronics sells complete float and housing kits, 9991073-ASSY for the left side and 9991074-ASSY for the right.
Why would a float need replacing?
Floats crack, take on water or go missing after a panel comes loose. A waterlogged float changes the balance of the cleaner and how it climbs walls.
